Yesterday on Nov 1, 2009, my friends invited me to hang out with them at Teluk Cempedak. I have been there once but that was in one of the evenings during the first semester. I seldom go out 'cause I prefer to stay in the room to do my things. But yesterday was different. LOL I was bored and thought about trying to unwind myself and so, I went out with them. Only four of us, all girls. Hehe... We departed at around 8:45pm and headed to Berjaya Megamall to buy some stuff. We reached there at around 9:30pm. I bought some A4 papers and some personal suff but I didn't get all the things that I wanted because the mall was about to close at that time.
After shopping, we went to Zul Satay restaurant for some treat at around 10pm. Me and one of my friends bought 5 sticks of satay per person with each stick cost RM 0.60. It was nice and tasty. I like it. After that, we proceeded to our destination. Teluk Cempedak is actually a bay with beautiful scenery and surroundings. There were a lot of shops selling things and souvenirs to the tourists. We reached there at around 10:30pm and the first thing that came to my mind was 'Is there any ice cream here?!' XD I was excited when my friend, Sasi asked me whether I wanted a sundae or not. She bought one for me. Hehe... :P
We then sat on a bench and enjoyed our ice creams. I really love the night view of the beach and the sound of rolling waves. It really soothed my feelings. With the ice cream in my hand, I walked to the beach alone for a walk 'cause my friends were still enjoying theirs on the bench. The night was quite cold but luckily I was in my long-sleeved T-shirt. The sand was not that rough and there were holes on the ground. Could be the crabs' hiding ground. It was too dark for me to take any good picture.
Looking at the surrounding with the moon shining on the beach, all I saw were couples dating and spending their sweet time together chatting. Oh, how I wish to hold someone's hand and spend the time walking on the beach with him. Awhile after that, my friends joined me. I was having a hard time walking with my sport shoes on. My friends were in their slippers, so it was easy for them. After a while, we went to the nearby shop to get some food. I didn't buy any 'cause I wasn't that hungry. These are the images that I took around the shop but they were a little blurry.
While sitting on the bench near the playground, I noticed a maid (I think) teaching a kid how to play with the toy that she was holding. It was more like a toy gun that can blew out bubbles. It was a beautiful sight seeing the bubbles floating in the air as the wind carries them. But sadly, the pictures that I took wasn't that clear 'cause it was too dark. Q.Q
After that, we went to have a walk again on the beach. My friends were enjoying the cold waves washing against their feet and I was busy searching for things that might intrigue me. LOL I found a rotten log and some sea shells. Plus, some nice and romantic writings on the sand. I feel so jelly. lmao xD When it was about time for us to go back, we saw a guy pulled out a fish with his fishing rod. I was curious and so, I walked to the fish and took its picture. The guy told us that it was a baby shark! I was surprised but at the same time, I felt pitty for it. It wouldn't have ended up on the beach if it didn't eat the bait. It's impossible to predict fate. One will never know how things will end eventually. Hm...
Well, before we head to the car, I managed to buy two souvenirs; a necklace and a key chain. Each cost RM 5. For the necklace, there were a lot of colours but I chose pink 'cause I like it and got the seller to write my name on it. Hehe... and for the key chain, it looked like an electrocuted rat to me. LOL but it's cute.
After that, we headed to a restaurant for supper and finally reached our campus at around 2am. It was fun but tiring a bit. =) Should I keep this trip from my parents? Hm... they might get angry if I were to tell them. XD
